Shipping & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns of Khoor products as all sales are final.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via 'contact us' submission or directly by email to sales@khoor.com within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option.


SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders over $45* or on all “Subscribe and Save” & Carton orders within the continental US. *Determined after applying discount/promos

Customers have the option to select USPS Ground, USPS 2-day Priority or USPS Express at an additional charge on any order.

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 12-24 hours of order processing. Orders placed by 12:30pm EST will be out the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm EST will be shipped out the following day.

Note: Shipping times may vary and/or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

IMPORTANT – SHIPPING PROCESS & DELAYS

Our commitment at KHOOR is to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. We understand the eagerness with which you await your KHOOR Herbal Cigarettes, and we strive to expedite this process efficiently.

Handover to USPS: Once your package is processed, it is handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery. From this point onward, the control over the shipping, tracking updates, and delivery timelines is solely with USPS.

Estimated Delivery Times: While USPS typically states that packages take 3-5 business days to be delivered, there are instances where it may take up to 7-10 business days. This extended timeline can be due to factors such as staffing shortages, adverse weather conditions, or national holidays.

Understanding Delivery Variabilities: We ask for your understanding and patience in situations where there are delays. KHOOR is committed to ensuring a smooth dispatch process, but the eventual delivery timeframes fall under the purview of USPS.

SHIPPING COSTS

For a limited time, Khoor is offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING* on all online orders over $100. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to areas outside of continental USA. This offer may be combined with other offers and brand promotions. No coupon code necessary.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information from our shipping partner SHIPPO. Simply click on the link in the email or sign into your account.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order will be fulfilled within 48hrs. You will only receive the shipping confirmation email when the your item has shipped.


WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed by 12:30pm EST will be out the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm EST will be shipped out the following day.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time – orders can take up to 48 hours to be processed depending on order time.

You will not be charged for items purchased with a credit card until the items have been shipped.
