1. Eligibility and Enrollment in KHOOR's Affiliates Program:
To be eligible for our Affiliates Program, you must:

- Have a website with a URL (all unique sites and URLs must be approved separately by KHOOR).
- Maintain an appropriate amount and type of content on your site, as determined by KHOOR.
2. Commission Rates, Qualifying Sales, and Payment:
As a KHOOR Affiliate, you can earn a commission of 20% on qualifying sales through Authorized Channels. Qualifying sales are purchases made on https://www.khoor.com by users who arrive via an Affiliate Link on an Authorized Channel. Commissions are calculated based on the relevant commission rate and the price of qualifying sales.
- Cookie Policy: Our cookies have a 90-day validity period.
3. Program Restrictions:
Affiliates must comply with the following program restrictions:
- Affiliates may only post Affiliate Links on Authorized Channels they operate.
- Use of coupon codes is allowed, but only approved KHOOR-issued codes.
- Affiliates must comply with paid search restrictions and not bid on keywords containing KHOOR trademarks.

- Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship and material connection with KHOOR.
5. Dispute Resolution; General Provisions:
