KHOOR's Affiliates Program Policy

Welcome to KHOOR's Affiliates Program! Our program allows eligible affiliates, including blogs, and other third-party websites ("Affiliates") to earn commissions on qualifying sales that originate from links on an Affiliate’s site to KHOOR's websites. This Affiliates Program Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when participating in KHOOR's Affiliates Program.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment in KHOOR's Affiliates Program:

To be eligible for our Affiliates Program, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country (if over 18).

- Promote Affiliate Links through approved Authorized Channels.

- Have a website with a URL (all unique sites and URLs must be approved separately by KHOOR).

- Maintain an appropriate amount and type of content on your site, as determined by KHOOR.

2. Commission Rates, Qualifying Sales, and Payment:

As a KHOOR Affiliate, you can earn a commission of 20% on qualifying sales through Authorized Channels. Qualifying sales are purchases made on https://www.khoor.com by users who arrive via an Affiliate Link on an Authorized Channel. Commissions are calculated based on the relevant commission rate and the price of qualifying sales.

- Cookie Policy: Our cookies have a 90-day validity period.

3. Program Restrictions:

Affiliates must comply with the following program restrictions:

- Affiliates may only post Affiliate Links on Authorized Channels they operate.

- Use of coupon codes is allowed, but only approved KHOOR-issued codes.

- Affiliates must comply with paid search restrictions and not bid on keywords containing KHOOR trademarks.

4. Compliance and Disclosures:

- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship and material connection with KHOOR.

5. Dispute Resolution; General Provisions:

- Any disputes are subject to the laws of [Your Country/State].

- KHOOR reserves the right to audit and take appropriate action for violations.

- KHOOR's liability is subject to applicable laws and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.
